We are delighted to introduce our two new coaches from Italy, Tiziano Spartera and Ariyan Sohailian. Both coaches bring a wealth of experience and hold UEFA Pro licenses, highlighting their strong coaching background.
Having worked at some of Italy’s biggest clubs, Spartera and Sohailian bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our academy. Their arrival on a full-time basis is a significant milestone for us. With their presence, we no longer need to send our players overseas for training as we have top-quality coaching available right here.
In addition to Spartera and Sohailian, we are also excited to welcome a new coach from Manchester City next month. The coaching lineup will be further enhanced by the presence of Roberto Genteli, our Italian goalkeeping coach, who is already a part of our academy. With this stellar coaching team in place, we believe we have assembled the best coaching lineup in the country.
The coaches will be responsible for coaching both the morning and evening sessions as part of their roles at the academy. This is a tremendous boost for our country, as our players will now have access to the best European training right here at home. We have always aimed to be the best in the game, and these appointments bring us closer to achieving that goal. Our plans for the coming months are ambitious, and we are actively working towards them. The addition of these coaches will undoubtedly complement the already exceptional pathway we offer to our players.
The coaches will arrive tomorrow afternoon and will immediately begin their work. Tony Basha, our Head of Football, expressed his excitement about the direction we are heading. These coaches are not just here for the sake of it; they have extensive connections all over Europe and are determined to develop our players to their fullest potential.
